What began as a single-person operation in Germany grew, over 26 years, into the world's most experienced and trusted privacy service — with a network of over 2,700 vetted professionals across 40+ countries, a client base spanning every continent, and an unbroken record of zero leaks.

In 2018, founder Stefan Eiben developed a close friendship with Tom Kaules — a visionary entrepreneur who immediately understood the potential and the mission of Alibi Agency. Tom joined the team shortly after, and what followed was nothing short of transformational. Under his leadership, the agency executed a strategic expansion into North America and the Middle East, opening doors to markets that had long needed exactly what Alibi Agency offers.
In 2022, Tom Kaules founded Alibi Agency USA — the first dedicated American operation, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Today, the US division serves clients nationwide, including Canada, with the same uncompromising standards that have defined the agency since 1999.
